With Nature Day on the way in April 2020, there’s a new type of plant being added to Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Bushes are here and they reshape the landscape in a few different ways. How you put them to use is up to you, but to do that you need to know a few of the nitty gritty details. Used well you can create some really interesting new shapes and layouts on your island.

Gears Tactics is a long game. It’s longer than any of the mainline Gears games by a large margin, and there’s a ton of great strategy gameplay for players to sink their teeth into. Like the other games in the series, Gears Tactics is divided into different Acts and Chapters. There aren’t that many Acts, but each Act has several Chapters to work through before you can move onto the next.

Today (September 7) marks the release of the Dragon Majesty set of Pokémon TCG cards, and to celebrate, The Pokémon Company is making shiny Poipoles available for Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon players for a limited time. For those unaware, Poipole is a Poison-type Ultra Beast that first appeared in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon and evolves into the Poison/Dragon-type Naganadel. The shiny Poipole event lasts from September 17 through October 7 in the United States. During this time, players can pick up a Mystery Gift code from participating GameStop stores.

If you’re this far along in the Black Ops Cold War Zombies Easter Egg hunt, congratulations.  You don’t need an explanation on the many things that you needed to do to get to this point.  That includes turning on the power, crafting the pack-a-punch machine, getting the D.I.E. Machine weapon,locating the Aetherscope parts and assembling the scanner.  Now that you’ve got the scanner, it’s time to head into the Aether to use it.

Going Flawless in the Trials of Osiris is no easy feat in Destiny 2‘s Season of the Worthy, where two teams of three battle it out PvP style for a chance to earn exclusive rewards in the Lighthouse, and bragging rights. On Friday, March 20th, Trials enters its second week in Destiny 2‘s take on the D1 classic competitive mode and will continue every weekend, Friday through Tuesday at 10am PT, all throughout the season.

One of the fastest ways to make money is by looting items in Red Dead Redemption 2.  There are many items that you can sell in the game and you’ll find them through a number of different ways.  You can loot them from houses, loot them off of the people that you kill, you can rob them from people, you can find them through exploration, you can rob horses, carriages, and many other things.

Call of Duty might not be the most friendly game to those who like a faster paced game.  Some of the scoring systems and killstreak rewards definitely pay more handsomely for the patient “camping” player, but running and gunning in Call of Duty is still fun nonetheless. We had some time with all versions of the game, and found that there a couple of viable setups for fans of the Run and Gun style of play.

The Pokemon series has introduced so many different legendary Pokemon over the years, but there’s just something about the classic group from the original Red and Blue. Mewtwo has long been the most talked about of the bunch, but the legendary bird trio of Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres are much beloved as well. While they did not make the cute in the base game for Pokemon Sword and Shield or even The Isle of Armor, they have made their triumphant return in The Crown Tundra expansion with a bit of a twist.

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game takes a lot of inspiration from other beat ’em ups like River City Ransom in many ways, though the biggest is probably the stat-based system found in the game. Not only can you level up your character to learn new moves, but there are shops found throughout the game with items that can help to boost your character stats. Most of these are found out in the open to where you can’t really miss them, but there are few that are more hidden.

While Call of Duty: Modern Warfare acts as a reboot for the series, dropping a lot of the extra mechanics that were piled up over the intervening years, it also adds some new stuff of its own. Easily one of the best and biggest changes is the ability to lean across all platforms. This mechanics has players mount their weapon onto any nearby surface, allowing you to stay in cover while firing at your enemies.
